The two girls walked out of the school building. “That was pretty easy.” said Aleesa. Livia nodded. Then she yawned. “It must be near dinner time.” she said. Aleesa laughed. “I hope we have the same mom! That would mean we are sisters!” she said jumping up and down. Livia smiled. “I never thought of that before.” she said. They walked down to the basket ball court were multiple kids were playing. A bunch or kids were sitting on the bleachers chatting and laughing. One of the girls looked up. She smiled and called, “Hey! Are you new here?” Aleesa nodded. The girl motioned them to come over. Livia and Aleesa walked over. The girl smiled. “My name is Samantha, but my friends call me Sammy for short.” Sammy smiled again. She had short brown hair with purple tips and a tan. Her eyes were a milk chocolate brown and she smiled a lot. She was tall, and wore a pair of jeans and a pegasi t-shirt that said “let your imagination fly” She wore riding boots and had the smell that reminded one of horses. “I am a daughter of Poseidon.” she said. “I am guessing you just took the tests.” Livia grinned. “Yep! They are really easy!” she exclaimed. Sammy nodded. “Yah, you just seem to know the answers. Like one of my questions was, ‘what would a horse say? a) hey dude 2) let's eat hay! 3) who knows, each horse is different.’ The answer is number 3 just to let you know.” A tall blonde haired, blue eyed boy walked over. “My names Landon. Pleasure to meet you.” Aleesa smiled. “My name is Aleesa Callas, and this is Livia Kurtz.” Another girl walked up. She had curly red hair that fell around her shoulders and looked really young. “I’m the youngest here.” she said proudly. Livia smiled at her. “How old are you?” Livia questioned. “I am six. My name is Julie.” she said. “My sister is 18” she announced. Landon smiled down at the young girl. “She’s proud of her sister whose right now on a mission.” he explained. Aleesa smiled sadly. “I had an older sister too. She went out to meet some friends and was never seen again.” she said sadly. Julie whimpered. “That won’t happen to Kitty? Will it?” she said fearfully. Aleesa wrapped the girl in her arms. “Of course not!” she said. Livia tapped Aleesa’s shoulder. “I kind of want to check out the arts and crafts building. Come with me?” she whispered. “Sure.” Aleesa said.
On the way to the arts and crafts building Livia was frowning. “Whats wrong? Aleesa demanded. “Your sister ran away from home?” Livia asked faintly. “Or she got abducted by aliens.” Aleesa grumbled. “Why?” Livia laughed nervously. “Did your sister have hair like yours, and hazel eyes?” she asked. Aleesa looked startled. “Ya! Why? Have you seen her?!” she cried. Livia nodded. “In school, last year there was a girl who was graduating. I thought you looked familiar when you stepped out of that limo! Her last name was Callas too…..” she said. Aleesa grabbed Livia’s arm and dragged her across the field to the school building.
“So you need to contact your father, do you?” said Ms.Kittredge. Aleesa nodded. “I might have found my sister who has been missing for a while!” she cried. Ms.Kittredge nodded torwars toward a pile of boxes and bags. “Your stuff is in that pile, actually all of that is yours and Livia’s stuff. I think Ajax said your electronics are in the purple bag.” she said. Aleesa rushed over and started digging through the pile.
Livia met Aleesa outside. “How did it go?” she asked. Aleesa shrugged. “Dad is sending Ajax to the high school to look for her. I have no idea why she would be there, except that she and dad had an argument and she was probably mad.” They walked towards the art building and Livia started bouncing around. “I really hope we will like it here! I mean this place looks like fun!” she exclaimed. Aleesa grabbed Livia’s shoulder. “Calm down.” she said grinning. Aleesa pulled two phones out of her pocket. “Here’s your phone. I grabbed it out of the bag when I grabbed mine. BTW whats your phone number?” she asked. They exchanged phone numbers. A group of kids swarmed into the arts and crafts building. One girl dropped behind and stood waiting for Livia and Aleesa. “Hi!” she said. “My name’s Fabrienne. I’m from France. You must be new here. My father’s Vulcan.” she said. The girl was short with short black hair and glistening dark blue eyes. She wore dark black jeans and a black shirt with a hammer that said “Let's build things!” Livia smiled. “I’m Livia Kurtz and this is Aleesa Callas.” she said. Fabrienne gasped. “Is your father’s name Hank Callas?”she asked. Aleesa nodded. “OMG! How is he? He saved me from, well never mind. He kind of saved my life.” she said. Aleesa narrowed her eyes. “My dad never said anything about that. Huh.” she said shrugging. “He apparently keeps a lot of facts from me.” Fabrienne smiled. “Did you get a tour?” she asked, Livia nodded, :Kate showed us around. “Ah…….. My older brother’s half sister. She’s a daughter of Apollo, and my brother is a son of Apollo.” Fabrienne said. “Honestly I don’t like her, she kind of blocks me out, Probably because I am a daughter of Vulcan or in Greek form Hephaestus.” she said.
“So don’t get lost in here, Vulcan kids aren't normally in here, but I LOVE being here so….. If you come here you will probably see me.” Fabrienne said laughing. The inside of the building looked much bigger than the outside. Fabrienne laughed at Aleesa’s look of amazement. “It's a space expanding spell. All the buildings are like that.” she said laughing. “You should see the cabins. They are huge! Each area for each kid is about a room in itself so don’t worry about your stuff. It will fit unless you have stuff to fill a gymnasium.” she said. Aleesa’s phone rang. “Excuse me a minute.” she said going outside.
Aleesa came back in looking excited. “They found her and are having her live at home! Ok well Patera’s home.” she said. Fabrienne looked confused. “Who’s that?” she asked. Aleesa grinned sheepishly. “Greek for father.” she explained. “But anyways, Annabelle, my mom picked out that name, is coming to visit me soon!” she exclaimed. Julie ran over. “You found your sister?” she asked. Aleesa nodded. “Oh I’m so glad! ‘Cause I really like you!” Julie exclaimed. Aleesa laughed and pulled Julie into a hug.
